Very disappointed. I am a regular customer at the maharajah and normally the food is lovely. I ordered a takeaway on the 28/05/2012 and half of my meal was not there. I ordered onion bahji's for a started to my meal and this was the bit that was missing although i had the mint sauce that goes with them. so I then called up to see if the onion bahji's that i ordered with my meal could be delivered as I had paid for them and they were missing, I was then told on the phone that they would be on their way asap. I waited an hour but the bits that were missing were still not there. so I called up again and I was then told by a different member of staff that I had never ordered the onion bahji's and then the staff member on the phone hung up on me! This has made me very angry to have the starter of my meal missing from my order to then be told they will deliver it to me and then an hour later be told that I never ordered them in the first place. I would like this message to go to a manager of some sort and i would like this to be sorted because this isnt very good customer service and i have paid for what i didnt receive! NOT IMPRESSED!!!
